Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order placement and/or payment confirmation, unless a different delivery date has been mutually agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines
Our orders are delivered through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
Typical delivery timelines are as follows:

• Minimum delivery time: 3 business days from dispatch

• Maximum delivery time: 10 business days from dispatch

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier partner’s operational capabilities, the delivery location, and any unforeseen logistical constraints.

Courier Delays
The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for delays caused by the courier company, postal authorities, or any external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Address
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Order Confirmation
Upon successful order placement, buyers will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during registration. Shipping and delivery updates may also be sent via email or SMS, depending on availability.

Shipping Charges
Any shipping charges levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as applicable) will be displayed during checkout. These charges, if applied, are non-refundable.
